About the Role:
Ready to begin a tech-powered career journey? We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy individual to join our team as an MTO CRM Specialist. If you have at least 6 months of experience in web development, databases, integrations, and campaign execution, this role is built for you.
Your Quest:
- HighLevel CRM Operations: Use the HighLevel CRM to manage customer data, track interactions, and enhance marketing campaigns
- Learn and master CRM features to improve workflows and increase process efficiency
- Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information in the CRM
- Regularly validate and clean data to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute targeted campaigns using HighLevel features
- Monitor campaign performance and provide improvement insights
- Training and Development: Participate in training programs to improve CRM and technical expertise
- Stay updated on CRM technology and marketing best practices
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and support teams to align CRM processes
- Integration Expertise: Build and maintain integrations between HighLevel and Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram), email tools, and third-party services
- Manage SMS and email campaigns within HighLevel
Your Toolkit:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Prior CRM experience preferred but not required
- Strong ability and willingness to learn new technologies quickly
- Basic understanding of CRM systems and marketing operations
- Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms is a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical teams
- Adaptable mindset and willingness to embrace new processes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
- Background or interest in digital marketing is preferred
