About the Role:
As an MTO Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the LeadsReps brand and driving our online presence across multiple channels. You will:
- Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
- Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently across all channels
- Stay updated with the latest social trends to maintain relevance and creativity
- Respond to comments and messages to boost audience engagement and community building
- Analyze and evaluate content performance and optimize strategy based on results
- Write compelling, SEO-driven content across blogs, websites, and newsletters
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and produce impactful content ideas
- Edit and proofread content for clarity, originality, and tone consistency
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 6 months of experience in social media and copywriting
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools and content automation platforms
- A proactive and energetic personality with strong collaborative skills
