About the Role:

As an MTO Content Marketing Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping the LeadsReps brand and driving our online presence across multiple channels. You will:

  • Develop and execute high-impact social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter
  • Plan, schedule, and publish engaging content consistently across all channels
  • Stay updated with the latest social trends to maintain relevance and creativity
  • Respond to comments and messages to boost audience engagement and community building
  • Analyze and evaluate content performance and optimize strategy based on results
  • Write compelling, SEO-driven content across blogs, websites, and newsletters
  • Collaborate with the team to brainstorm, plan, and produce impactful content ideas
  • Edit and proofread content for clarity, originality, and tone consistency
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in social media and copywriting
  • Knowledge of basic graphic design tools and content automation platforms
  • A proactive and energetic personality with strong collaborative skills
